Train Reservation and provision of Escort facility during Dasara Holidays

  1. It is to inform the parents that the next academic session 2013-14 will commence on 13-06-2013. Parents may bring their children on dates 10,11 or 12th June, so that they can attend the classes from 13-06-2013, the opening day of the session.
  2. Some of the parents requested the Management to arrange escort facility from the school for the students upto Kolkata. It is now decided that such a facility could be extended from Vijayawada to Howrah for those who are travelling for the Dasara Holidays on the following conditions.
  3. Escort will be provided by the school from Vijayawada to Howrah at the start of the vacation and from Howrah to Vijayawada at the end of the vacation.
  4. It is the responsibility of the students regarding their safety for which the parents will give instructions to their wards appropriately before sending them with the school escort.
  5. A requisition form filled in with details of journey needs to be submitted before 20th June, 2013. The cost of the train fare (in full) + Rs.500 for other charges should be paid along with the school fee in the month of June itself.
  6. Only vegetarian food served by the pantry car will be arranged during the journey.
  7. The Journey will be undertaken by AC-3 tier coaches on the last working day of the first term.
  8. No child whose fee dues and other payments such as Pocket Money used for the term not completed before undertaking the journey will be accepted by the escort team.
  9. The escort team will not be responsible for carrying the luggage or loss of money or items carried by the student during the journey.
  10. Parents willing for the above terms and conditions may send mail to the school with a request for booking the railway ticket by the school.
  11. The willing cooperation of the parents is solicited.
